Mission, vision and objective

Mission

• Promote mobility, relation, cooperation and inter and intra-institutional collaboration; promote language teaching and certification of Spanish; disseminate Mexican culture and local cultures, for the benefit of both the university community and the Mexican one abroad; and enhance the presence of UNAM abroad.

VISION

• To be a representative of excellence of UNAM that contributes to the international positioning in its geographical area of ​​influence by promoting academic, scientific and cultural activity.

Objective

• To locally promote UNAM as an academic partner of excellence, to coordinate Spanish, English and French language teaching and learning programs and services for Canadian, Mexican and Latin American students, including the dissemination of Mexican and Canadian cultures, in order to boost UNAM’s internationalization process in Canada.
